In a heartwarming and significant achievement, Bharathiar Shanthi Illam (BSI), an old age home committed to providing care and support for the elderly, has reached its first milestone. The proud accomplishment includes the enlistment of 23 dedicated Core Trust Members, forming a pioneering team that spearheaded the launch of BSI.
From 2005 to 2015, Over this ten-year span, the institution has flourished, thanks to the support and dedication of more than 250 trust members who have played an integral role in shaping the vision and growth of BSI. One notable achievement during this period is the establishment of two distinct types of cottages within the BSI premises. In addition to the cottages, a significant milestone in the years 2005 to 2015 was the construction of a temple within the Bharathiar Shanthi Illam campus.
Bharathiar Shanthi Illam celebrates its 3rd milestone (2015-2023) with pride, welcoming over 550 dedicated trust members. This period has witnessed the creation of vibrant recreation facilities, fostering a lively and engaging atmosphere for elderly residents. Additionally, the establishment of a serene Herbal Garden enriches the holistic care approach, providing therapeutic benefits.
